Our governance
At Relyens, our governance is a space of trust and dialogue, true to our mutualist values and our status as a mission-driven company. It is based on the commitment of each individual and collective responsibility, to transform ideas into actions serving the population and its essential needs.
Board of Directors
As key players in the healthcare and regional sectors, the 28 members of the Board of Directors are at the heart of decision-making bodies. Appointed by our delegates, who are themselves directly chosen by our clients and members, they define the group’s strategy and ensure its implementation by the General Management.

As a mutual group, Relyens has no shareholders. Our model is based on solidarity among our members. Each member has one vote, participates in decisions, and contributes to the group’s development. Mission Committee
The mutualist model and the status of a mission-driven company share the same ambition: to act in the collective interest. As a mission-driven company, Relyens has established a specific governance structure with its Mission Committee. Independent of the company’s governing bodies, this committee monitors the implementation of the mission and ensures that our practices align with our purpose. Composed of internal and external members with complementary perspectives, the committee guides and challenges Relyens in its strategic thinking.
