Investing for a positive impact
Our ambition? To encourage sustainable and value-creating economic models over the long term. Our investment policy combines purpose, performance, and risk management around two transformation axes: environmental investments in support of the ecological transition and societal investments benefiting healthcare stakeholders and local communities.

Sustainability at the heart of our
investment policy
Our socially responsible investment strategy is based on three main priority areas:
- An exclusion policy based on 4 criteria: sectoral exclusions, level of controversy, score related to Environmental and Social criteria and Governance (ESG) and geopolitical aspects.
- An influence strategy: participation in local initiatives to advance common sustainable practices.
- A policy of engagement and voting oriented towards a constructive dialogue with the companies financed and our partners.
- Rigorous piloting: monitoring of ESG & climate indicators of our portfolio, creation of a dedicated governance, strengthening of transparency requirements.
Note
Relyens is committed to not financing projects that conflict with environmental, social, or health concerns. This commitment is reflected in the application of strict exclusion criteria for all new investments. We aim to gradually extend these rules to our entire existing portfolio.
Socially responsible investment charter
Our socially responsible investment charter formalizes our commitments and allows us to progressively raise our level of requirements.
