Our philosophy

We are committed to the work we do each day, which ultimately helps professionals in the health, social and local authority spheres to improve the patient care and public services they provide. This commitment is in our DNA. We were founded by hospital directors for health professionals. We work alongside local authorities for the public sector, to secure their operations while optimising their performance. And we wittingly shoulder social responsibility. This is what makes our work meaningful.

Dominique Godet, Relyens CEO

High quality service
is top priority

Relyens seeks to continuously improve the quality of its services. Its goal remains constant: ensuring the satisfaction of its clients and members.

With this goal in mind, Relyens carries out client satisfaction surveys and assessments of its partners (doctors, advisors, experts, local government officials, etc.), to obtain feedback and adapt its work and services accordingly. Every year, these surveys highlight the quality of our services and client relationships.

The Group’s commitment to its stakeholders is also visible and has been recognised through the various certifications and labels obtained.

Label égalité

The Group’s entities constantly seek to innovate and regularly develop new solutions, tools and services, involving their clients directly in the development process.

A group that respect
its environment

Relyens is keenly aware of the environmental and societal issues facing its clients. It encourages their civic engagement, helping to improve the quality of services they provide to users and third parties, as well as driving their organisations’ performances. This engagement extends to the Group’s entities: beyond obtaining certifications and labels, they roll out initiatives to reduce the impacts of their operations on the environment.
Relyens has put various measures in place to reduce its environmental impacts:

  • Developing paperless communication: client portal, digital correspondence, etc.
  • Recycling waste and disposing of electrical equipment in accordance with applicable regulations (printers, ink cartridges, IT equipment, etc.)
  • Recycling waste paper,
  • Automatic temperature control in winter, automatic air conditioning in summer,
  • Construction of low-energy buildings,
  • Installation of solar panels.
