Healthcare professionals and local authorities are facing a growing staff shortage. There are two reasons for this shortage: the attractiveness of the profession being called into question and a high and rising rate of absenteeism. The result is an impact on activity safety and the quality of the service provided.

Faced with this situation, Relyens support our customers in 3 key challenges :

  • To develop the attractiveness of healthcare and public service job
  • To encourage team commitment and direction
  • To retain employees and support their professional development

Régis DOUAUD
Head of HR Risk Management at Relyens

“Delivering the general interest missions of healthcare professionals and local authorities can only be done if the staff who carry them out are there, exist in sufficient numbers, and are motivated, committed, skilled, qualified and in good health. To achieve this, the well-being of employees must be ensured, they must be trained when necessary, and be guided through their various career stages. The organisation’s management culture also plays a key role in employee commitment. Taking action in terms of direction, the day-to-day recognition of peers and the organisation, assessing and distributing the workload, guaranteeing fair treatment for all, having work discussion forums, knowing how to work together as a team… these are all factors we work on alongside our customers and partners.”

A serious game about health, safety and quality in the workplace

The l’INSEEC Grande Ecole team, winner of the prize for the “best translation of a management model” worked alongside Damien RICHARD, lecturer and management and occupational health researcher and co-creator of the SLAC model, Grégory GAREL, occupational health project manager at Relyens.  The project resulted in the creation of a “serious game” for the SuperForm challenge, organised by Anact, the pension insurance and occupational health company CARSAT, the French National Research and Safety Institute and AGERA, Alliance of the Grandes Écoles in Rhône-Alpes. Their game, designed in partnership with care teams from the Mutual Hospital Group of Grenoble AVEC, is intended to encourage discussion about real work (all the actions carried out and strategies deployed by employees to perform their work) within teams, in a limited time.
